I read Mindy Kaling’s first book a while back because my best friend recommended it, and because I love The Mindy Project. Since it was close to valentine’s day, my boyfriend bought me her second book, and I finished it within 5 days because I wanted to read it slowly to enjoy it (usually I would just sacrifice my sleep to finish a book even if I have to work at 7 in the morning). Anyway, this was a good read. I love her writing because her writing style is as if she was right in front of me and talking to me. It was inspiring but not boring like other inspiring essays/books. Maybe I’m being too bias, but I absolutely LOVE this book. I can’t wait until April when season 4 of the mindy project continues!
